Exercises to Maximize Your Efforts

Pro-Launch Exercises

The exercises below are meant to condition your mind towards your goals and develop mental habits to achieve financial success for your career. We recommend using two or three exercises monthly.  Your success through the Pro-Launch program depends on your commitment to choose an exercise and stick with it! Whatever you have at the present time is a reflection of your past thoughts.  Do not evaluate yourself by your current position in life.  Your past does not matter and must not stand in the way of your future. Your future depends on what you think, feel, and act upon now.  Use the exercises to focus your intention and thoughts on your future, however concentrating on the present while performing the exercise. 

Ultimate secret to your obtaining anything you want is wanting it without needing it. Be happy whether it comes or not and detach yourself from the outcome.  If you make changes internally, you will see the changes externally.






AM/PM Exercise

Condition your Mind and build your belief system. Fill-in the quote below with a name of a person you idolize, print the quote and put it next to your toothbrush.  Look at yourself in the mirror and repeat the quote twice daily.
“_____________, I’m not only going to equal your achievements in life, but I am going to challenge you at the post and pass you at the grandstand.”





Scripting Drill

Everyday, complete this drill for 5-10 minutes. Get a new notebook and write down your future and your dream. Imagine you already have what you want. Ask yourself if it were true, what would it feel like. Catch the mood and stay there while you are focusing on your dream. 





Vision Board



Get a corkboard and cut out pictures and quotes for what you want out of life and put them on the board. Put your board in a place that you will see it daily. Focus on the feeling of having these things now with all of the your energy 





Intentional Meditation to Attract Wealth 

This is a 30 day exercise that needs to completed everyday.



1. Record your financial outlook at this time and write it down. 


2. Say this statement below to yourself throughout your day to condition your mind through the process of auto suggestion.

           “I see myself at the end of the 30 days of this experiment with my business goals achieved, smiling, maybe singing or whistling as I feel the exhilaration as how I magically attracted more money easily and effortlessly.”

3. Now decide on what you want to achieve and make it believable to you.  Be honest with yourself.


4. Write it down in a statement. For example “ At the end of the month I have $15,000 extra in my account from unexpected sources.”


5. Feel the way it would be like to achieve your intention. How would you act, smile, look and spend 20 minutes a day soaking up your thoughts and pretend it is happening now.


6. Pay attention and act on the hunches you get and the nudges from the inside.


7. Meditate for 20 minutes everyday focusing on your breathing and your goal of attracting wealth. For example, see yourself depositing large checks into your account.


8. Finally, act on insights you receive or opportunities that come to you. Take action when you get the nudge or feeling from the inside. Have a feeling of faith with a positive outcome. 




 

Clearing Yourself 

This will allow you to determine what you don’t want, focus on what you do want, and clear all the limiting and negative beliefs.



1. What is stopping you from your dreams?
 

2. Write these down on a piece of paper.


3. Now turn the page and write the exact opposite of what is stopping you.

4. Read the opposites of what is stopping you when you wake up. 


5. Feel what it would be like to have it.


6. Let it go and have faith it will happen.




 

Chi-Gung (Breathing technique) 

This technique allows you to pull energy into your body and focus on your intention.



1. Decide on what you want.


2. Get clear of anything in the way of having that goal.


3. Bring energy into your body when breathing and holding your intention.


4. Breathe in a deep breath into your belly as if the air is energy going towards your goals.


5. See the energy as fueling your goals


6. This energy breathes life into your intention


7. Let go of fear, doubt and disappointment


8. Trust that whatever you get, you wanted in the first place.




 

Clearing doubt, worry or fear

1. Describe the negative condition or feeling you don’t want.


2. Feel those negative emotions.


3. Write out how you would like the situation to be.


4. Describe it and feel it.


5. Paint the picture and experience the positive feelings associated with it – fall in love with those feelings


6. Take the first piece of paper and burn it.


7. Take the second piece of paper and put it in your wallet and carry it with you.
